Cygnus offers Managerial Certification Program to Management students (Finance, Marketing & HR) and Professionals with the aim of filling the gap between industry and academics. This is an Industry Academic Collaboration program with the objective of making Management students ‘industry ready’. Cygnus leverages the experience and expertise; it acquired; to provide a conductive environment to students to learn through “hands on” projects.

As a part of the program, students will undergo certification program for a period ranging from two weeks to twelve weeks, wherein they will be trained by senior managers of Cygnus on how to apply the knowledge that they have gained while studying MBA, in practical. The program is designed for the final year students of MBA (HR, Marketing, Finance, IT and Operations) and CFA, CA and ICWAI students. The program can be of immense use for the participants to develop skills in practical application of the concepts, presentation and project reports preparation, learning Industry/Company analysis, Business Consulting, Equity Research and Investment Banking. Besides, it gives them a good exposure to corporate work environment.
