Cygnus offers Internship Programme to Management, Finance students and Professionals with the aim of filling the gap between industry and academics. This is an Industry Academic Collaboration programme with the objective of making Management and Finance students ‘industry ready’. Cygnus leverages the experience and expertise, it acquired to provide a conductive environment to students to learn through “hands on” projects.

As a part of the programme, students will undergo internship for a period ranging from two weeks to twelve weeks, wherein they will be trained by senior managers of Cygnus on how to apply the knowledge that they have gained while studying MBA, in practical . The Internship is designed for the final year students of MBA (HR, Marketing, Finance, IT and Operations) and CFA, CA and ICWAI students. The internship can be of immense use for the participants to develop skills in practical application of the concepts, learning Industry/Company analysis, Business Consulting, Equity Research and Investment Banking. Besides, it gives them a good exposure to corporate work environment.
