Tarang is back to add zing to the life of Cygnusians. The cultural wing of Cygnus presents a bimonthly magazine called e-Tarang. The magazine gives you an update of events and developments in Cygnus. Besides, it’s a space for Cygnusians to express themselves in the best possible way.
