To welcome Tarang back, Cygnus decided to observe a theme day every month. Cygnusians are asked to dress up according to the theme. ‘Go Green!’ was decided as the theme day of September 2008. Environment and its safety is the biggest concern in today’s world. September 5 being Teacher’s Day, we thought of celebrating it by remembering our teachers and their advice on saving the environment. The dress code for the day was green. Apart from the dress code, Cygnusians were asked to share their views / initiatives to help in the fight against environmental degradation.
