• Establish project scope, work plan, research tools, source of information, resource requirements, project timeline, and pricing.

• Select the most appropriate project plan after amendments and reviews.

Project kick-off

• We provide the client with a detailed work plan and milestones.

• Allocate staff with the appropriate functional skills and related industry experience.

• Identify and begin data-gathering and documentation.

• Analyze the data and draw conclusions.

• Perform quality assurance

• Manage client relationship and ensure timelines is met.

• Provide varying levels of project visibility to the client as needed.

Project Completion

• Perform additional quality assurance

• Conduct interim client review sessions

• Prepare interim report and take feedback from client.

• Review and finalize documentation.

Project Delivery

• If needed, deliver incrementally on milestone events.

• Prepare final report.

• Edit and submit to the customer.

• Presentation to the customer, if specified.
